Who will earn the ultimate bragging rights for Taste of Rhode Island Summer Showcase "taste winners"? Local celebrity judges (whose identities remain a surprise until judging begins), get to cast their votes for their favorite food and beverage tastings of the night. From crowd favorites to judge-selected standouts, the competition is fierce, the flavors are unforgettable, and the winners will be revealed during a special awards presentation at the conclusion of the event.
Proudly Supporting Sojourner House
Sojourner House is a nonprofit organization founded in 1976 by Providence residents and Brown University students who were concerned about what was then a silent epidemic: domestic and sexual violence. Thanks to the efforts of our many supporters, Sojourner House has grown from a part-time, volunteer hotline into a provider of comprehensive services available to victims of abuse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ocean State Charity Events is a Rhode Island-based organization specializing in nonprofit fundraising. They assist New England organizations with event planning, donor cultivation, and virtual or in-person charity auctions. They are also known for supplying high-profile sports memorabilia and iconic trophies for events. A portion of the proceeds generated through the auction at Taste of Rhode Island will benefit Sojourner House and support its important work serving individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

There is no seating in the tented Pavilion at Crowne Plaza for this event. Taste of Rhode Island has been created for guests to roam the room and move freely from one great tasting participant to the next.

The event will be held at the Beautiful Outdoor Tented Pavilion at Crowne Plaza, Warwick
There is plenty of free parking available at the venue including designated handicap parking access.
Yes, the event is held on the first floor and bathrooms located inside are also handicap accessible. Handicap parking areas are available.
Ticket holders will be subject to show valid photo ID. You must be at least 21 to sample alcoholic beverages or order drinks from cash bar. No outside food or beverage allowed.
No. All attendee sampling must be done on site and “doggie” bags/boxes are not allowed. Some tasting vendors may have food/drink product for sale.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. VIP Swag Bags must be picked up IN PERSON BY THE VIP TICKETHOLDER at the event; they will not be available post-event.
It is best to bring a printed ticket confirmation with you to the event to expedite check in process.

No charge to participate — Food and beverage tasting vendors join us free of cost.
Who can participate — Limited to food and beverage tasting vendors only, unless your business is an official event sponsor.
Tasting-only format — This is strictly a tasting event. No product sales are permitted during the event.
Limited space — Booth space is secured on a first-come, first-served basis and has sold out the last five years. Don’t wait to claim your spot!
Register early by completing the form on our Exhibitor Registration page. Once submitted, we’ll forward you the official participation agreement. If you do not receive an Exhibitor Agreement PDF within two weeks, kindly email patpaolinocruz@gmail.com directly with your request.
