Best of all—food and beverage tasting participants can join at no cost. For those looking to elevate their presence, we’re now offering two additional participation options designed to increase visibility and enhance your overall exposure. 

Spots fill quickly and this event has sold out for the past six years. Early submission is strongly encouraged.

Participation is limited to food and beverage tasting vendors only, unless participating as an official event sponsor.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, ranging from $2,500 to $9,000, offering expanded visibility and branding.

• Tasting-Only Event – No product sales are permitted during the event. Tastings must be bite size.
• Food Trucks Welcome – You may prepare food on your truck in the Crowne Plaza parking lot and transport food to the Outdoor Pavilion, Tastings can only be done inside the Pavilion.
• No Onsite Sales from Vehicles 

• Standard exhibit spaces do not allow tents 
• Pavilion Exhibits are available for an additional fee and do allow space for 10x10 pop up tent. 

Space is extremely limited and participation is not guaranteed.
All placements are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of your completed agreement.
