Best of all, standard participation for approved food and beverage tasting participants is FREE. 

Two upgraded participation options are available as well as sponsor opportunities for businesses that want even greater visibility.

Taste of Rhode Island has sold out for the past six years, and participant space fills very fast. If you want to be part of it, secure your space now.

Participation is limited to food and beverage tasting businesses only, unless participating as an official event sponsor.

Sponsorship opportunities from $1,500–$7,000 are also available for businesses looking for expanded branding and visibility.

• Tasting only — no product sales are permitted during the event.
• Tastings must be bite-sized/sample portions.
• Food trucks are welcome. Food may be prepared in your truck in the Crowne Plaza parking lot and transported into the Outdoor Pavilion for sampling.
• No onsite sales are permitted from food trucks or other vehicles.

• Standard exhibit spaces do not allow tents.
• Pavilion Exhibits are available for an additional fee and accommodate a 10' x 10' pop-up tent.

2. Open the Taste of Rhode Island October 14 Winter Showcase Exhibitor Agreement (PDF).
3. Complete the agreement in full.
4. Save your completed agreement as a PDF.
5. Scroll to the submission section below and complete all required fields.
6. Attach your completed PDF agreement BEFORE clicking Submit.
7. Once we receive your completed agreement, we will contact you to confirm that your space has been secured.

Space is first-come, first-served and is NOT secured until we receive fully completed agreement and confirm your placement.
