Yes, children are absolutely allowed however, strollers are not allowed. 

You must show a valid ID at registration for Alcohol. 

There is no seating in the tented Pavilion at Crowne Plaza for this event. Taste of Rhode Island has been created for guests to roam the room and move freely from one great tasting participant to the next. 

Dress code is fashionably fun, semi-formal and/or business casual. No Flip Flops, Tank Tops or Baseball Caps.

The event will be held at the Beautiful Outdoor Tented Pavilion at Crowne Plaza, Warwick

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue including designated handicap parking access.  

Yes, the event is held on the first floor and bathrooms located inside are also handicap accessible. Handicap parking areas are available. 

Ticket holders will be subject to show valid photo ID. You must be at least 21 to sample alcoholic beverages or order drinks from cash bar. No outside food or beverage allowed. 

No. All attendee sampling must be done on site and “doggie” bags/boxes are not allowed. Some tasting vendors may have food/drink product for sale.

We do suggest you get your tickest promptly as the event has sold out every year!

Only service animals are permitted at this event.  Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

NO SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND: Promotional and marketing materials including business cards for any business other than a participating-contracted vendor may not be distributed at any time before, during and after event. Solicitors will asked to leave.

Be prepared for heightened security as with any other public event. If you experience odd behavior or see something you know shouldn’t be somewhere, say something. Report suspicious behavior to any security, staff, or Taste of Rhode Island team member.

By entering and by your presence at this event, you enter at your own risk, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice and name for any purposed whatsoever in connection with the production being produced by Taste of Rhode Island and/or their agents. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering this area.

By entering premises for event, it is understood that neither Pat Cruz Events, Rhody Foody and/or their agents nor Crowne Plaza will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to You or Your personal belongings.

Who can participate — Limited to food and beverage tasting vendors only, unless your business is an official event sponsor.

Tasting-only format — This is strictly a tasting event. No product sales are permitted during the event.

Limited space — Booth space is secured on a first-come, first-served basis and has sold out the last five years. Don’t wait to claim your spot!
